Solar Photovoltaics—Guidelines

Austin Energy offers residential and commercial customers a Solar Photovoltaics rebate to help offset as much as 75% of your initial investment in photovoltaic (PV) technology.

We offer this rebate for purchasing eligible solar energy system modules and eligible solar energy system inverters from a participating companies.

By participating you do more than protect your own pocket book. You help improve our environment by reducing the need to generate additional power. And you also help lower the City of Austin's long-term investment in electric facilities.
