Multi-Family
The Austin Energy Multi-Family offering
provides cash rebates for making energy efficiency improvements
to apartment and other multi-family properties.
Owners, developers, and property managers
enjoy a variety of benefits including:

More than 48,000 apartment units throughout
Austin have received rebates for energy investments through
our Multi-Family offerings. That totals over five million dollars
to date.
Eligibility
- Residents must be Austin Energy electric
utility customers
- Only buildings with four or more residential units
are eligible
- The buildings must be air-conditioned
Funding
Funding is limited and is available only to Austin Energy customers on a first-come, first-served
basis. The offering is subject to change without notice.
