The Austin Energy Multi-Family offering provides cash rebates for making energy efficiency improvements to apartment and other multi-family properties.

Owners, developers, and property managers enjoy a variety of benefits including:

	Lower operating costs
	Decreased turnover rates
	Increased occupancy rates
	Increases in the market values of their communities
	Rebates up to $100,000

More than 48,000 apartment units throughout Austin have received rebates for energy investments through our Multi-Family offerings. That totals over five million dollars to date.

Eligibility

	Residents must be Austin Energy electric utility customers
	Only buildings with four or more residential units are eligible
	The buildings must be air-conditioned

Funding
Funding is limited and is available only to Austin Energy customers on a first-come, first-served basis. The offering is subject to change without notice.
