Program Thermostats Online
To program a newly installed thermostat, wait five days after installation, select Program Thermostat Online, and log in using the installer provided information.

To program an existing White-Rodgers thermostat, select Program Thermostat Online and use your thermostat's serial number and your utility account number (at the top left of your bill) as your user name and password. If you don't know these numbers, call (877) 549-2774 for help.

Reset your password immediately after login.
