Loan Option 1
Energy Improvement/AC Replacement

*For customers with a credit score of 639 or below, 2% interest will be added to the interest rates above.
 

Up to $8,500 for a single-family home
Up to $11,000 for two-HVAC replacement, window-unit-to-central-AC conversion, and work performed on duplexes
No closing costs up to $400

Property owners can use the loan to:

Make all recommended weatherization improvements
Improve duct systems
Install up to two new central AC or heat pump systems (14.0 SEER/ 11.5 EER or higher)
Convert window unit(s) to a central AC or heat pump system (14.0 SEER/11.5 EER or higher)

Up to $11,000 for single-family homes and duplexes
No closing costs up to $400

The loan can be used to:

Install a new central AC or heat pump system (14.0 SEER/11.5 EER or higher), including duct-system-performance testing
Improve duct systems (performance testing required)
Install attic insulation up to R-38
Install Low-E glass (ENERGY STAR® labeled with .40 shading co-efficient or better)
Install radiant barrier to underside of roof decking
