Green Building Speakers Needed
Developed by Miki Beacom Cook of Austin Energy Green Building, in collaboration with the Home Builder Association (HBA) of Greater Austin, the Green Builder training sessions will be held one-day per month and will focus on educating builders and trade contractors about green products, practices, and jobsite management.
Choose Your Topic
Speakers are needed for topics related to green building products and materials, building science, green architecture and building systems, green practices specific to each building trade, construction waste management, renewable energy, and implementation strategies. Architects, Builders, and Building Science Professionals, as well as system, product, material, and service professionals with green expertise in their field are encouraged to submit an application. Applications Due By September 15
Please email completed applications to naomi@hbaaustin.com or print and fax the application to 512-484-5036, Attn: Naomi. Applications must be received by September 15, 2008. Interviews will be held during the last week in September.
