After You Apply

	Austin Energy staff assigns your request to a contracted company certified to perform duct diagnostic testing
	The participating company contacts you to set-up an appointment
	If the tests show repairs are required, you may: request a quote from that company to perform recommended repairs; request a quote from any Austin Energy participating contractor to perform repairs; choose not to perform repairs or to perform them at another time
	If you decide against making repairs, you only pay the $50 per unit fee for the testing
	Learn more about rebates if you decide to make the repairs
	When the contractor notifies Austin Energy that repairs are complete, we schedule a final inspection
	We process and mail your rebate
