Reconnecting Service

To reopen an account that was disconnected due to non-payment, the entire past due amount must be paid and verified by receipt. You can pay using Quick Payment or at a walk-in location. Please do not use a drop box to pay when the account was disconnected due to non-payment.

Service Fees
 Re-connect fee – $25
 Same day service requests, add $55

 Use a credit or ATM/debit card for payment.
 Then call Customer Care at (512) 494-9400 to report your confirmation number and request reconnection.

Pay at a Walk-in Location

Utility Customer Service Centers
 Pay in person at either of our two service centers: the East Branch at 2800 Webberville Road or the North Branch at 8716 Research Blvd.

Authorized Pay Stations
 Pay in person at a pay station.
 Ask the pay station clerk to fax your payment receipt (include account number) to (512) 505-4035. The store may charge a fee for fax services.
 Then call Customer Care at (512) 494-9400 to confirm receipt of the fax and request reconnection.
