utility payments by phone or use the online Quick Pay at www.coautilities.com
The fee for this service
is $4.95/payment. You can pay up to $1000 per single
transaction. And you can make no more than three (3) transactions in a 24-hour period and no more than five (5) transactions
in a 30-day period.

Be prepared with the following:
Required Information
- City of Austin account number, including the numbers
following the dash
- Credit card or ATM/debit card number and expiration
date
- ZIP code where the credit/debit card statement is mailed
for payment
- Routing number and checking account number if paying
by check
- Payment Amount
- Pen and paper to record confirmation code
A non-sufficient funds (NSF) charge
will be assessed if payment is rejected.
