Application:
This rate is applicable to electric
service required for buildings, facilities, and other establishments
occupied and operated by the State of Texas.
This rate is applicable to State of Texas
accounts only whose demand for power does not meet or exceed
20 kilowatts for any month within the most recent six summer
billing months or as determined by the City of Austin. This
rate is also applicable to athletic field accounts whose connected
load is more than 85% attributable to lighting as verified
by the City of Austin.
The contract with the State of Texas, dated
August 22, 1995, as amended effective October 1, 2002, is
incorporated by reference into this tariff.
Character of Service:
The Character of Service provided under
this rate shall be alternating current, 60 cycles, single
phase or three phase, in accordance with the Utilities Criteria
Manual prescribed by the City of Austin which may be amended
from time to time. Electric service of one standard character
will be delivered to one point of service on the customer's
premises and measured through one meter.

Fuel
Adjustment Clause (FAC) - plus an adjustment
for variable costs, calculated according to the Fuel Adjustment
Clause Tariff, multiplied by all kWh.
* Customer will be assessed a monthly charge
of $6.00 for service of at least 10 days.
