Austin Energy is working with auto dealers, approved electricians, and our customers to help you get ready to buy, charge, and drive a Plug-in Electric Vehicle (PEV).
Partner with Austin Energy to help us learn how to best serve our customers and manage PEVs on the electric system. We’re offering early PEV owners in our service area a rebate of 50% of the cost of the purchase and installation of a Level 2 charging station. The maximum rebate amount is $1,500.
When you drive away from your home, you can charge at one of our 116 public access stations at 57 locations located throughout our service territory. Learn more about the Austin Energy Plug-in EVerywhere network.
