The City of Austin sponsors the Customer
Assistance Program (CAP) to assist eligible customers who
are having difficulty paying their utility bill.
Voluntary contributions from customers
like you fund this program. Enter the amount you wish to contribute
in the space provided on the return portion of your monthly
utility bill. Include that amount with the check for your
utility payment.
Every dollar helps! Your contribution
is tax deductible.
